A single platform to manage all messaging

Avalanche bridges the knowledge of operators that understand the network, with the information needs of customers. Outage information is entered by your users using known descriptions including ZSubs and breakers. Avalanche then translates that information into messages which are delivered to inbound callers, sent out as TXT or email messages,

One platform that handles inbound call messaging and outbound messaging services, including SMS texts, email, RSS streams, social media such as Facebook and Twitter, web page updates and API support for major utility customers. Over 80% of outage related calls are dealt with prior to reaching the PBX and call center. For callers, new messages are uploaded and played to callers within 2-3 seconds of upload, or a SCADA breaker trip, at a rate of over 2,000 calls per minute. All messaging services use standardized reporting templates customizable for utility branding and similar requirements.

Provides an online real time mobile responsive web app with the utility branding for customers and others to see both planned and unplanned outage information. It also includes an optional “What to do” section. Key account managers, media and other people can then access this information directly from the web site. Customers can register to automatically receive TXT updates.

Visualization of where the problems are, on the utility GIS facility model, even before the caller hits the call center. The utility can actually see, in real-time, where the outage issue is on its GIS facility model, even before the caller hits the call center. Outage Indicators captures data and from multiple sources, including SCADA, phone calls and meters, and then geocodes the address / location of the source and displays the data graphically on a map, in grids and pie charts.
